Subject: Invitation to interview at Purple Cloud

Dear Mr Chaudhary,

Thank you for applying for the position of software engineer at Purple Cloud. We would like to invite you for an interview at our Stockholm office.

Your interview is scheduled for Thursday 3 April, at 2 p.m. If this time or date is inconvenient for you, please contact me as soon as possible to rearrange the interview.

At the interview, you will meet our head of HR, Mr Liam Andersson, and our head of IT, Ms Elsa Wallin. They will be telling you more about the job and getting to know you better. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the position and the company, and to see the office. The interview will last for about 60 minutes. Please bring two references with you for the interview.

Our offices are located on Kungsbron 2, which is a six-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station. When you arrive, please ask for Mr Liam Andersson at the reception.

  1. In your email, remember to thank the candidate for their application.
  2. Remember to include information about:
    • What position the interview is for and what will be discussed at the interview.
    • When the interview will take place.
    • Who to contact if there is a problem, who will be interviewing them and who the candidate should ask for when they arrive.
    • Where the interview will be.
    • How long the interview will last.
    • What to bring – IDs (proofs of identity), references, etc.
  3. Write the date in words, e.g. Thursday 3 April. Don't write the date in numbers – in some countries 3 April, for example, is 3/4 and in other countries it's 4/3.
  4. You can end the email with a set phrase like We look forward to meeting / hearing from / seeing you soon.

I have many tips success in any interview. Interviewer seek only three things from candidate.
Firstly, candidate experience in last job what he is works for,in which area he worked. I think every interviewer want to know nore about your experience. Experience leads to success in interview.
Secondly, knowledge about your field, interview want to know about candidates knowledge. How much you understand about your field. Thirdly, candidates personally . Is candidate hard working person or not. A company wants to person who worked hard work for company and always stands any time for company.

I have some tips to pass an interview. Here they are: 1) Get more into the company functions, figurate mote about the company, not be comfort with the awareness that you already have about the company. 2) In the majority of job interviews they tell you what is the name of the person who is going to be interviewing you, so you have to figure out about this person before going to the interview 3) Review the 150 most common questions for a job interview. You do not need to memorize them, but it is very usefull to give you an idea about them. 4) You need to be super charming to everyone because you do not if the person whom you are being charming is one of the most important heads in the company 5) Keep your answers short and concise (do not ramble) 6)Utilize body language to make a great impression. For example: Eye contact, the way you sit, your posture, the way you stand, the way you walk into the room) 7) Bring some type of nice portafolio to keep your resume, business card, and a notebook (the last one is used to keep some questions that you revised before and now you are ready to answer them) 8) Have a list of questions that you are going to ask. At a certain moment during the interview the interviewer will ask you if you have any further question about the company, and if you say: "No, I do not have any" it demostrates that you did not a deep research about the company 9) You must be cconfident 10) When the interview ends and you will be walking out of the office you have to demostrate the interviewer that you are really interested in the job If you ask me about the questions I have been asked; here I have some of them: 1) Tell me more about you 2) Why do you want to work here? 3) What makes you unique? 4) Do you have any experience by working for another company like this? These are the most important questions that I consider for a job interview

When I went to the interview, they asked me about my experience, my university degree, my interests and etc. I have a master's degree in computer engineering. I also have good experience and background in IT. I published valid ISI articles in computer science. I also have good science and experience in trading in financial markets.

I have went to job interviews for around 10 times. My experience is the preparation is an essential part. You need to search about the company, the job description, the expectation from HR/department. That helps you build confidence and the connection between you and company. During the interview, I prefer to be honest as much as possible. It is good for both side. And always remember that you are not asking for a job, you are offering your skills, knowledge to company. In addition, asking questions is a key point. Please take the chance to ask questions about the position, the company, the culture, the boss...everything that you want to know but can not search in advance. Finally, it is ok to fail on a job interview. That does not means you are bad, sometimes it just because you don't match the position. Be positive and take the next chance.

My tips for doing well in job interviews are as; 1- Be punctual 2- Be prepared 3- Be positive 4- Be confidant 5- Be alert 6- Smile on face 7- Ask questions The type of questions I have been asked are; What qualifications do you have? What experience do you have for this job role? What qualities do you have that stand out above others? Tell me something about yourself?

I have read great tips in comments, it’s recommended prepare before the interview, there is a lot of content on internet that can help, one comments said that is good stalk the interviewer before and I think that it's a great idea could help to be relax and see the other person like if you met him, also visit the company before to see how people usually wear and know more about it.

I recommend the following tips: The candidate should read about the company. Arrive at least 10 minutes, before the interview started. Dress up according to the job. Be prepared for the interview, the candidate should take online courses before the scheduled meeting. Regarding the questions during one interview: Why do you think, must the company hire you?. Why do you offer to the company? Expected salary.

This might sound crazy, I have a simple trick for people who get nervous around new people. Before the interview stalk the one that will interview you, find him/her on LinkedIn, and Facebook, it will make you feel like you've already met him/her when you are in the interview and will make you a lot less stress. But the most important thing is be prepare. and always think of it as an experience.
