Technology will change how we work today, and this is a reality we must accept and adapt to in order to obtain jobs that meet the demands of the future. The population must adapt to the new needs of society.
Most people currently working may not fully understand this, but technology is improving rapidly, especially with the innovation and introduction of artificial intelligence into society. This leads to faster technological processes, creating quicker and easier-to-use automated systems that can be controlled with a simple remote or voice command. This will cause a major shift in how society works, as people will need to maintain and program machines and computers properly for optimal performance.
