I travelled to Thai 1 year ago. I was checking and did everything in this unit. That's a wonderful time. Cause that is the first time i go abroad. Even I can't speak Thai language , but there are many people use English and Vietnamese languages. I went to Safari park which is the largest Park in East Asian. Many type of wild animal i didn't see before. My trip last 3 hours, so it seem comfortable when i was on plane.

The first time I traveled by plane when I moved to Germany. It took 20 hours from Vietnam to Germany. I got a plane-sick. I couldn´t eat anything and sleep on the plane. It was horrible. Now, I travel more often. So I don´t get sick anymore. I´ve already traveled to Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia. I really love traveling.

I always love to travel particularly by aeroplane, and my nature of work inevitably requires frequent travel on three country's because I am heading the Sales and Marketing activities in three countries which are UAE, Oman and Qatar. My most favourite airport is Dubai Airport, especially the Marhaba lounge is so nice. I probably prefer to travel at night; I love travelling.

I feel comfortable and secure travel by plane and also I can contemplated the views in the plane with the Mediterranean Sea!

It was on a Sunday morning, The plan took off at exactly 8 am.We departed at OR Tambo airport via Lusaka en route to Lubumbashi, the second capital city of the DRC .I was so excited since it was my first trip by airplane. When the plane was on the run way I filled with fear, but I managed to control myself. While on board ,the air hostess provided us with some snakes,There were so delicious,I really enjoyed them,There were lots passengers in the plane and they were chatting to each other. The plane stopped in Lusaka for nearly 30 minutes and it also drooped some passengers and proceeded to Lubumbashi. We arrived in Lubumbashi at 1600hrs.

My longest flight was when I went from Cali - Colombia to Guangzhou - China was breathtaking because I've never had a flight of roughly 30 hours maybe a little bit more. This experience was amazing because I had the opportunity to know other spots. The flight took off Cali, stoped in Bogota and over in Francia, and finally landing on Guangzhou.

Yes, I travelled by air many times. I used to travel by plane at least twice a year. The longest flight I took was a flight that departed from Seville in Spain to Liege in Belgium. I was pregnant in my last trimester and even though I was accustomed to travelling, at this stage of pregnancy, I found it exhausting but couldn't postpone it.

Dear Sir, what do they mean Compelling and Privilege here? 1. The benefits of computer use in education are COMPELLING. 2. The negative aspect of the freedom to express you won ideas is that some people abuse this PRIVILEGE.

Hello amit_ck,

You can find the meanings of 'compelling' (2) and 'privilege' (2) in the dictionary. In the future, please tell us what definitions you have found -- we can confirm if you've understood correctly or not.

All the best,

Kirk

The LearnEnglish Team

There are several meaning of compelling like reason/argument/case/need/desire/urge/very interesting or exciting, so that you have to pay attention Privilege means very interesting or exciting, so that you have to pay attention/something that you are lucky to have the chance to do, and that you enjoy very much/a situation in which people who are rich or of a high social class have many more advantages than other people/a situation in which doctors, lawyers etc are allowed to keep information about their discussions with their patients or clients secret from other people/the right to do or say something unacceptable without being punished, especially in Parliament Sir, If I rephrase my previous examples of Compelling and Privilege what will be meaning there.

Hello amit_ck,

The numbers in brackets (2) are the numbers of the dictionary entries that I think that best explain the meanings of these words here.

All the best,

Kirk
