I love climbing mountains. Once, while I was climbing a steep mountain I accidentally lost my balance and fell down. Unfortunately, I twisted my ankle, it was very painful. However, even though I also had a knee injury I would repeat that experience.

when I was young , I broke my leg because I jumped from my house's upstairs. It was pretty crazy. And the doctor told me to take a month off.

Few months ago, i got a minor crack in my ankle. while i was getting down off the staircases. at that time i did not feel pain. but the next day when i woke up in morning my ankle got swollen. I went to doctor. The doctor put a plaster on my foot in order to fix the crack. and asked me to take 10 days rest.

I play cricket on daily basis and often injures one or other body parts. Recently I was doing my net practice and sprained my ankle while chasing the ball. It cost me two weeks complete bed rest. Such accidents are not unusual in my day to day play. Last year I had another severe injury than the last one where I broke my shoulder while caching ball and felt on my side. I had to got to hospital and had a small surgery to repair my shoulder. I took around two weeks to discharge from hospital and another two weeks to get back to work. Even after this many injuries, I still love playing cricket.

yes actually it happen to me often to have this kind of injures due to the fact that i do shotokan karate and in martial art like in other disiplines you get injures ,like we say no pain no gain , the good part of it is that you body start to adapt to it and you recover faster the next times.
