I like all vegetables that I need to make Greek salad: cucumbers, tomatoes, purple onion and pepper. Of course, I like potato as well. I dislike aubergine. I think it doesn't fit for eating.

Which vegetables do you like to eat? Which do you dislike?

Honestly, I like almost all of them. I'm trying to eat healthier and add more salads and vegetables to my daily meals.

I've never tried eggplant, but I've seen some interesting recipes with it.

I love eating fried cauliflower slices with a typical Mediterranean salad that includes tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, and onion. You can add lemon juice, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses to the salad. This salad and the fried cauliflower go well together.

I have different way to do salad, cut the leaves of cabbage to small tranches, chop cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and boiled eggs, put all in a big bowl and add black and green olives slides, then add olive oil with lemon juice and salt. you can as additional favorite add chopped green coriander, parsley and green onion(scallions).

These vegetables are healthy but specially we cook every day like: Peppers, onions and cauliflower that's my favorites and because can be many ingredients and recipes

Within the Mediterranean diet that we follow in my country, there is also a series of salads that I really like.
First, the Country Salad that contains tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper, olives, feta cheese with oregano and oil.
Another is the Green Salad, which has lettuce, spinach, rocket and parsley.
I like aubergine only in certain dishes, such as moussaka or grilled with feta cheese.
I rarely eat cabbage with carrots and very rarely cauliflower, corn and peas.
But what we have almost every day in our diet is potatoes. Fried, baked, boiled, in salads, in soups and wherever our imagination takes us.

I try to include salad in my meals because it's healthy. I usually use carrots, lettuce, cucumber, and cabbage. I peel the cucumber and carrot for my salad and chop all the ingredients. I don't use olive oil, but I really enjoy my salad.

I like eating cabbage because it is easier to prepare. You only need to slice it into 4 pieces, remove the stem from it, the wash and boil
