Maybe I am wrong but I've thought that in my country people dont't have lunch, maybe without business meetings. The lunch is an informal meal in my country. We usually have dinner.
I use to have my lunch at 1:00 PM as lunch break starts at 12:50 PM.
we use to finish our prayers first then worm up our foods/toast breads in dinning room/lunch benchs.
I live in Srilanka. Our people have lunch between 2pm to 3pm
In my country OMAN, people finished work at 14.p.m, so most people have lunch between 14:30,p.m and 15:00.p.m
But in the weekends this time changes to 13.p.m
I always do lunch 1to2
I usually have dinner at about 08.30 P.M
in my city pepole have lunch about 2:00 pm

Am single and live alone and work almost the time days and there is no set time for lunch and the only alarm for the lunch that when I feel hungry
