Hello Nizam Balinese,

No, we would not say that as it would sound quite rude. When we say That's more like it or This is more like it we are, as Rob says, making a comment that something has improved. In the context you suggest it would mean that we are saying that the other person was not helpful before but has now improved their behaviour, which would sound quite aggressive to most people. It's similar to saying 'Finally!' when someone helps you - it's more a comment on how bad things were before than how grateful you are now. A simple Thank you. That's really helpful is the best option.
