I would attend - " Conflict Management" because I work with a team im my company with a different kind of people and I think it is very important nowadays to deal and manage conflitcts.

Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why?
I would like to attend the conferences which are really pertinent to our career because those will help for professional development. I believe seminars improve our thought process, thinking ability, learning new things, and meeting new persons on one platform that widens our relationships professionally. In the conferences there we can submit our critics and can have elaborate discussions to extract the evidence-based reality.

I would attedn "Conflict management" definitively, because people always have debates, complains and sometimes fights. We all think different, and nowadays tolerance is not strong among us. So, the leader figure is important to get rit on these topics. Also, a conflict is a chance to improve people lives throughout dialogue, respect as well as humanism.

If I would get a chance, definitely to join conflict management session for below reasons.
1) I am living in conflict affected area and inter-communal tensions are often occur.
2) I love to find the way with win-win method.
3) The solutions should be sustainable for all diversities.

I would attend conflict management. I'm sure the best way to learn from something is when you know how to deal with them and bring about development

I would attend the conference of Developing creative thinking. I consider that it's absolutely important part of the work, and it even helps to deal with some problems in a creative way.

I would attend for conflict management because sometimes conflicts destroy teams, but sometimes they help us to achieve the successful. I think different people have different ideas. Therefore, for that reason is more probably that the team presents differences sometimes, and those differences sometimes lead us to conflicts.

I would attend leading giving feedbacks because it can improve our skills and know our right and wrong and what should I do to improve.

I would like to attend the conference sessions about storytelling. For me storytelling is really effective way to motivate people to perform better.

There are many kinds of problems dealing with conflict in the world.
