Hi everyone! I would choose two conference sessions. First of all, Managing change with Akira Yoshida, because I’ve worked as the Process Engineer and I know how people behaved when I wanted to change something, although I didn’t want to make something wrong for them. Conflict management with Tracy Edward is interesting as well. I can’t imagine how we can managing conflict in our team and even it can bring about development.

I would attend to the "Leading in uncertain times" conference session. Being confidence is important not only in work but also in many situations of life.

Definitely, coffee break & lunch! ;)

I would like to attend tow sessions of the conference meetings which are , giving feed back and leading small businesses. Because the both of these sessions are linked to the success and maximum development of any business. Through these sessions a business can help employees to achieve there compony targets and high quality standard.

Though all the conferences are equally informative and important but out of them I will choose Managing change as it will teach me how to bring the change and be more adaptive in life.

I woul like Conflict Management, learn a conflict management can give development in my team.

I would attend to Leading small businesses with Cheng Wei. In Latin America entrepreneurs is a new way to do business because it reduces costs. Small business are totally different in compare to an enterprise. How to manage and how to lead is very important to the small business success.

I would like to attend to Managing change conference because I think that the companies have to be prepare to the change and being able to fit to the dinamic of the market.

I would like to attend the conference "Giving feedback" because is really important to handle skills about that and been ensure the message will be transmitted correctly to the team.

I'd like to know more details about the conference "Leading in uncertain times" with Omar Abboud, because I understand the it´s necessary to get deal with the imprevisive situations that this excepcional moment of our history, with the Cov-19 pandemy, place for companies and it strategies.
