I would attend (Leading small business) with Cheng Wei because I'm curious about the differences between leading big/small business, in addition every big business started from a small one. I believe it would benefit if one day I planned to open a small business for myself! Hopefully, it will be related to my major: Computer Science!

I would attend to Using storytelling in leadership communication since I consider it is important to develop our communications skills and give them a twist from the traditional way. Sometimes we can persuade as well as give important messages taking out the formality and making the information more interesting and engaging.

Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why? I would like to attend the conferences which are really pertinent to our career because those will help for professional development. I believe seminars improve our thought process, thinking ability, learning new things, and meeting new persons on one platform that widens our relationships professionally. In the conferences there we can submit our critics and can have elaborate discussions to extract the evidence-based reality.

I would attedn "Conflict management" definitively, because people always have debates, complains and sometimes fights. We all think different, and nowadays tolerance is not strong among us. So, the leader figure is important to get rit on these topics. Also, a conflict is a chance to improve people lives throughout dialogue, respect as well as humanism.
