Developing creative thinking in your team- because if a team is creative and original, it will show to the world and everyone that the employees have good ideas and strategies for their company and that they don't copy ideas from other companies. This means that any team with these qualities is absolutely unique and special.

I would not attend any of the conferences because I don't believe they are useful. Full of clichees and spending time waste.

I would attend the creative thinking development session because it helps me and other people to see things in a new way. This is also important in uncertain times and can lead to positive changes, can solve problems and bring more self-confidence.

I went many job fair conferences with my friends last year. I wanted to get a job after I've graduated. So I applied curriculum vitae at the related companies in these job fairs. Conferences can make me motivated and knowledgeable. And then some are interesting but some are boring.

Honestly, I think all the conference sessions are interesting . They all offer useful workshops for a leader to learn and improve skills that are essential and crucial to succeed in his job. Usually, I exaggeratedly worry about solving problems and getting out of possible predicaments and therefore I'd select managing conflicts, managing change and leading in uncertain times sessions.
