I would like to attend Antony Matin conference, because stories can change the way how we can see things and how our creativity is activated when we create stories and try to share an idea or knowledge through them.

I would like to attend Managing change sessions with Akira Yoshida. Every day we are dealing with changes that come from internal and external factors. And managing them in the right way, it's so important to solve and avoid the conflict between employees. Also, each change that comes, employees should adapt to it if the company wants to survive from the competition. Also in uncertainty time, the leader should bring positive and confident to the team. This session would be so helpful for me and my company.

I wouldn't like to attend any of this sessions, because I'm not interesed in those topics. For me they are boring.

I would like to attend the conference "Using storytelling in leadership communication" because I think is very important the way we can improve the relations in our teams by the communication. Besides, the storytelling is a really good way to find solutions and new ideas, because you need constantly use the creativity and catch de details to tell important things.

I would attend "Leading in uncertain times".
Business are group of people, and if they don't feel sure, their performance won't be the best. I lived this in my group, for COVID 19 consequences. It was important that leaders talk about it with employees and make them fell sure.

I think to manage a conflict you must be a good leadership.and to explore more ideas we must work together and share our ideas together.
And to work creatively we must get more vacation and more comforttable days.

I would attend at "Leading in uncertain times".Because,I would want to improve Team bonding. If you are in conflict with someone from your team, then your group work wiil get worse.I would have liked that at all.

i would like to attend "Leading in uncertain times" session with Omar Abbod, because i believe that confidence is significant not only while facing uncertainty but also when the team seeks toward success confidence always comes first.

I would like to attend the discussion with Helena Clark about management styles and managing change with akira yoshida. In my opinion, managing something is clearly important on how you adapt to the environment surround you and can help you to deal with any situations, especially in the workplace.
