I would like to attend "Using storytelling in leadership communication
with Antoine Martin". Because I love telling stories and listening as well.

I would like to attend Management styles sessions.
I have two reasons why I want to attend this session.
First, I think management is very important skill for our life. May be I work office in my future. If I work company, it is useful. And I want to use management skill.
Second, I am interested in management. I like to make things with many people and I like to think what should I do to make better things. So, I want to learn management and I want to have more knowledge.
For these reasons, I would like to attend Management styles sessions.

I going to chose Leading small businesses with with Cheng Wei.

Which of the conference I would like to attend? Coffee break and lunch would be great! Just kidding ))
I think every one of them could be interesting and useful depends on one's interests. As for me, I would attend to "Conflict management" conference. I hate conflicts at work - I think most of them could be avoided - and how to cope with it would be quite useful information.
"Leading in uncertain times" sounds interesting too. Of course, you have to know how to lead your business ever in quiet times but in time of crisis you must be on top of your abilities and use all your skills and experience to deal with problems

I would attend Management styles with Helena Clark.
Each person has a different lifestyle.
Some people have small children, and some people may be easier to work at night. The former have to send their child to kindergarten in the morning and pick up them in the evening. Also, it will be difficult to stay in the company late at night.
I think that they can pork efficiently by gathering people who want to work at the same time and forming a team.

I would like to participate in Conflict Management with Tracy Edwards. But we are not close to conflict. Therefore, it is very difficult to think about conflict. But by working together as a team to share our views, we might discover something new.

I would like to attend conflict management conference, because I think having good communication skill brings you more success
Not only in your work place but also in any relationship you have

I'd like to attend Managing international projects because I think intercultural communication is the most important thing for success.

I would like to attend to the "Developing creative thinking in your team".
Because if I keep doing the same thing all the time, I feel bored. However, if there is creativity idea, even the same thing will fun. And when I can looked at it from a different angle, I may be able to find new ways. So I would like to attend to the "Developing creative thinking in your team".

I think all the conference are useful for me, if I choose among these, I would like to attend the Managing international projects because I think that intercultural communication is the most important things. Going forward, I think that globalization will continue to expand and that ties with each country will become stronger. Also, foreigners in different countries have different cultures. I think we can build better relationships by understanding each other's differences. And it is a very valuable experience to interact with foreigners, so I definitely want to experience it. This conference is helpful. Because I can learn international communication more deeply. For these reasons, I chose this project.
