If I don't have no time, I put the word "urgent" in the title. I think the email will stand out and recipient will able to find it quickly.
Not only title, but text is also important. It is difficult to understand if the text is long. Important email should only write what I need. When I send an email asking for help, I write in a concise with everything.

I think I should put my heart into it. Because this is to prevent the other person from being asked to make you feel uncomfortable. I think that you should put your feelings in order for the other person to accept you.
