In my project teams the tasks are divided by specialist. For instance, the marketing specialist development the tast related with marketing and social media, the quality specialist do the tasks related with the customer relationship and the operations specialist do the tasks related with the development of the project
In our project teams, we are usually divide the event matters according to choice and interest of every one.
The team work is most important in all aspects of life. The project tasks are most nice and successful when all the team members do work with real experience ,concentrations ,devotions and most interest.
When I was at university, we used to schedule a first meeting to define the tasks and divide them among the team members. The usual procedure was the following: first, we created a list of the tasks and then we started a process in which each of them was assigned to the member who chose to work on it according to their skills and abilities. Tough tasks were often the most difficult to assign but we always found a way to negociate.
Our tasks are usually divided according to the group leader. The assignments are given by project leader to other members of the group. We have to accept the task given to us either we like it or not.
If our team has a leader, he divides tasks between project people. Otherwise, In first we try to divide tasks by the capabilities of individuals. finally, we should compromise with each other and if we can't do that, we choose the choices randomly.
An event has eight teams: content team, design team, MC team, stage team, entertainment team, media team, logistic team and management team can be exist longer and better
i am a student, in our school we don't have a lot of projects or something but when we have a project i usually write the things that we should do and see what is the best for me

oh, it is very difficult and buzzy.
