I've experienced a huge number of interviews, some of them were successful, other - failure. But thanks to this I`ve got incredible skills as a presentation yourself and develop my interpersonal skills as well.
I've got one thing which I`d like to bring up, successful interview sometimes doesn't depend on your technical skills and abilities. That's more about which kind of members the company would like to see in a team. Active or humble, or sometimes you're really professional a high level, but you just don't match to the team and that's OK. Pick up yourself and start again, at another place!
Also, I wanna mentioned the best interview question I was asked for.
- "On a bus, people are usually divided into two groups, who are feeling hot and those who are blowing. Which group are you used to being in?"
I don't know what's exactly the recruiter aimed to find out, but I think that's kind of odd thing to be asked for.
I think if you want to do a good interview. At first, you should choose for yourself a good appearance that helps you feel more confident, and you should prepare for the interview question. In addition, you can consider some things you want to know to ask such as: What is the salary in the first year? Is there any protection for employees? ... I will ask about the benefits and conditions for employee development.
